~VelvetSteel1020: My experience with Match.com was a positive one, overall. I did meet the man of my dreams through Match. My favorite thing about Match is being able to get a feel for someone by reading their profile. My least favorite thing about Match is the way they exaggerate intentions and almost make up stuff to get people to interact. I also don't appreciate all of the emails I received from Match AFTER cancelling the service, hiding my profile and cancelling email subscriptions. Today I spoke to a customer service rep and she said I should stop receiving emails within * - ** days. Lets see.

~VelvetSteel1020: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~VelvetSteel1020: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Match.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~VelvetSteel1020: For that I would say one out of five.
