GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Match.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-434754: This is not regarding the assistant though it is clear that he has been instructed to provide this poor service. I just discovered that Match had been charging me * times at $*** over the course of the past * years without me authorizing this and well after I had unsubscribed, which was not an easy thing to do in itself. I had no reason to even think that I was being charged after that as I only received ad emails asking me to join once I had finally managed to unsubscribe. Is this the new kind of business we are allowing? This is NOT a way to conduct business! Not only should it be a crime, like authorized stealing from people who are unaware, but certainly disgracing its own reputation, which apparently isn't worth forgoing all the money they can continue to extort. I can't believe this is legal. I am sure that it will be someday after enough people complain.

GetHuman-434754: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-434754: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Match.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-434754: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-434754: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Match.com to know who you are.
