GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Match.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-434673: a few weeks into my subscription my account was hacked into and turned into a ** year old males profile. I had to contact Match and let them know and then blocked him and told me to start another profile. I was then told due to this hacking that after my * mths I paid for that i would be given another * mths subscription added to my acct. Last week my subscription ended and I wasn't given my free * mths. I emailed multiple times and never heard back, I called today and was told those * mths weren't added in my notes and that I was not able to get my * mths free. Are you freaking kidding me!!! Never again will I use this service.
