~lwolfe: I could barely understand the person, and she was having me repeat everything I had to say several times. This was actually my second call in two weeks. I was told ten days ago, eight business days, that I would receive my refund within * to * business days. I also received a confirmation email stating the same, along with a confirmation number. I have called my bank, USAA, three times, and they have yet to receive anything. I explained this to the person today, and she wanted me to call my bank. So she basically did not listen to anything I just told her. Never again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting McAfee. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a McAfee problem?
~lwolfe: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lwolfe: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about McAfee's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lwolfe: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other McAfee customers?
~lwolfe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for McAfee to know who you are.
