~to hell and back: The Concierge service from h-ll!**My computer was running sluggish so I signed up for McAfee **** TechMaster concierge to help me. To get the problem fixed I had to speak to * different technicians. Finally I demanded a supervisor who phoned me back.* *The first technician it took ** minutes to have the service done, most of that time I was*on hold. I tried my computer out and it was slower that when I started. So I called back.**The second technician tried to help but was getting nowhere and after more than an hour I* demanded to speak to a supervisor. It then took ** minutes on hold (with him coming *back every ** minutes to say he needs only another *-* minutes) for him to finally tell * me that a supervisor will call me back.**After * hours he finally called me back. Although it was easier to understand him and he* was definitely more knowledgeable , I was with him for more than * hours. Egads! **Is this what I paid $*** for?**Please let me know if there is a way to contact a techn
