~CHD: I spoke to a "customer service" representative about the consistent poor service at the Portage Avenue store in South Bend, Indiana. The representative's response was equally deficient. After describing the nature of the complaint, Her response was essentially this, "I'm sorry about that ma'am. I'll report it to the proper authority. Is there anything else I can help you with today?" When I asked if there is someplace online to communicate my concerns, she had to think about it, went silent, and then put me on hold. It was*is an incredibly dismal showing on Meijer's part.
