GetHuman-freshbc: To Whom it May Concern:**We terminated our contract with Merry Maid Services today. My name is Robert Freshcorn and I live at **** Bennett Drive, Morgantown, WV *****. We have been displeased with our services that we have received from Merry Maid since our very first one. We have them come out every * weeks to clean our * bedroom * bath ranch style home. Every time that they have been out here they have missed something during their cleaning from dusting tables, to not cleaning toilets, to not cleaning our daughters room, not cleaning the master bedroom, missed dusting the bookshelf in the hallway twice (on * visits), sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and cleaning the countertop off in the kitchen. We contacted the office and let the cleaning crew know about our disappointments and what was missed. They told us they would take care of it next time and to right down what was missed.**I am a disabled veteran and my wife has health issues as well. We were hoping that Merry Maid Cleaning Services was going to be reliable and dependable. Someone that we could count on to help out with our cleaning needs. All we want is for our house to be clean and for us to get the services that we paid for and that has never happened. We have had problems since day one and never have had the same crew clean our house twice. When they called to confirm our appointment for today, Wednesday, September **, ****, we voiced our concerns about always having different cleaning crews and the problems we always seem to have getting our house cleaned and the problems we have had. We were told that we should have the same crew as we had last time. Well that of course did not happen. The crew that came to clean today was an elderly couple. They did not clean my daughter’s room. She had to run outside to catch them before they left and have them come back in. They thought they were done. They did not dust or clean the end tables in the living room. Our bedroom was not clean. The floors were still dirty and the bathrooms where halfway were half done. **Our house has not been clean to our satisfaction since day one and we have paid the in full ever two weeks.
