GetHuman-311871: the thing was i made payment arrangements on the **rd with them of ***.** and they kept taking the full payment ***.** out of my bank account and then the day later they took the full payment ***.** out again and they took out the payment out again and i spoke with Chrystal the supervisor she said it was my bank taking it out which it was not my bank. ive call them * times and not very happy they keep making my account negative and this is not right im about to drop them go to another insurance company
