~vadimz: I've been with various insurances over some time by it seems MetLife beats the rest in term of quality of service. The support line seems was designed with one thing in mind - to infuriate and insult you and discourage from ever contacting them again. You go through the whole bunch of options and then when finally you choose one its not working and makes you to listen all the options again in Spanish and then in Chinese for a measure. And even then it does not work. And they pay dentists ***% less than other insurances for the same service. So good dentists drop contracts with them and you suddenly left with a nice bill for remaining balance of what dentists customary charge. Etc, etc. Pretty bad.

~vadimz: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~vadimz: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~vadimz: For that I would say five out of five.
