~chilly: Been a customer for,**years.I used same master card to pay bill by phone for * years.However since November I was told card was declined, after several attempts to pay and * hours of trying they charged me $* for each attempt, they took the service charge fee from the same master card that they said was declined $* total. The customer service representative said to contact my financial institution, that is how I found out they took service fees for each attempt to pay. Now each time I inquire master card for service or balance inquiries it's$*.**. They did "fix" the problem and my Bill was paid.Now December, same problem only * -hours to fix but took their fee from my card again after saying it was invalid. The metro pcs fees were again taken after * -failed attempts also I had to check my balance on master card again and was charged inquiry fees.well,now the card balance was too low to make payment so I drove ,** miles to the metro pcs store. Okay it happened again January and now Feb
