GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-hueybow: I started months ago with a ZTE Zmax paid ***.** for it.I was told upon entering metro pcs store that the phone had battery problems. They replaced that phone with a galaxy s* I thought it was brand new turns out I got a refurbished s* which only gave me many problems. I'm now on my *th s* over a couple months. I've sent a certified letter asking for a different phone which is LG stylo. I was turned down for that request from customer service and the store. I bought a new phone and ended up with refurbished phones. help please. I have sent a certified letter to their corporate office in Dallas Tx. I was told by a customer service supervisor to write corporate office. All I want is a different new phone. This has been going on for months back and forth between customer service and the local metro pcs store. Also my bill is paid till end of year. Never been late with bill always paid in advanced. I'm I a loyal customer?
