~Casey: I never complain but the bay city metro pcs (*****) has been horrible. My phone broke at first they where nice and helpful, they ordered my phone but failed to call once it came in. Then it was the wrong phone ** months later several visits to the store I still have not received a new one yet I paid the first time I went in leaving me with a half working phone to date. Who is the proper h&r manager to email... this is the only website I found. Years of service have been great until this lack of communication and hassle, employees have very little skill or concern at this location. Thanks for listening.
