~nana: I wish that it was a way to bring all the services for phone communication to the US. Having to deal with a person outside of the US is bad. They cannot hear you, they don't understand and it is just a MESS!! you always need additional assistance every time. Good to take your money but Poor with assisting you over the phone with anything you need. I am through.

~nana: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~nana: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nana: For that I would say four out of five.
