~Erwynnda Vessup: In comparison and contrast to every cell phone service I have used, Metro PCS has been the WORST!! I honestly do not like complaining and changed from another Cell Phone Service Provider and thought that because more monthly expenses was involved, the service would be much better. Huge mistake, the service has been worst. In over almost one year of service, I have reached their customer service people * times, the remaining portion, I was UNABLE to reach any live person, was hung up too many times and the problems continued. Yes!! I am very upset about this same problem that has not apparently been resolved.

~Erwynnda Vessup: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Erwynnda Vessup: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Erwynnda Vessup: For that I would say one out of five.
