~saul gonzalez: Ive been trying to get a refund from metro for like * months now and i havent been able to get one. I activated the service on ******* i payed **.** and i could not use the service. I called back the next day to get a refund and i was told i would be able to get one. I wait for about *-* months because that was the expected diliver day but i never got ot so i call back to see what went wrong. Then i come to find out my account wasnt cancled and i couldnt get my money back and due to the facted that my account wasnt cancled so i speak to like * managers over a period of the next * months who all tell me i should be able to get my money back. They even admited it was there fault.i still dont have my money either.

~saul gonzalez: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
