~Netlord: Metro PCS is horrible. I want my money back. I established a new account last night over a landline phone and made a payment online. I could not create an online account because they can't text me the * digit pin to authenticate the account login. **The lady screwed it up and now I have no cellphone, no text messaging and when I call them they tell me the number they are supposed to be porting from T-Moble is not registered under my name. I have had it for * years. I WANT THIS FIXED NOW!! Or I will buy a burner and cancel my credit card payment. **My next call is to the FCC and file a formal complaint after I call my credit card and reverse the charges. People should not be treated like this. They will take your money, but will not help you.

~Netlord: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Netlord: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Netlord: For that I would say one out of five.

~Netlord: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Metro PCS to know who you are.
