~scammed: Metro PCS sells phones then sells the insurnce. Then f the insurance is needed you are charged more then the phone is worth. I tried to explain to the rep that the phone I was trying to replace still sells for the same price as I bought it for in May ****. I asked her what the insurance was for. She told me that if I could get the phone for the same price as I bought it for at the Metro store then go right ahead. I can buy it at actually * dollar less then the insurance wants to charge me to replace the lost phone. On line and in the store the Lg is **.** right now, today. They just took my money for insurance and now want to charge me more then I paid for that phone. Fraud!!!!!!!!!
