~priscilaofphila: The IVR prompt is over and over. Their return policies are not posted on the store but it is posted on their receipts after you pay. For example, if you upgraded your phone, you can not change your mind and get another phone. You are simply stuck on the same phone even if you just purchased it yesterday and with less than * hour of talk time. If you call them to explain, you will not get a manager who can help you. You can do better than this.
