~QueenZERO: The customer service agent informed me on how to by pass the ***Automated system and use MyMetro App. Recently the went down and nobody could use it. Well she told me how to fix it. MyMetro App doesn't update with Google play it does it by its own operating system. Clear data clear catch. Turn off phone. Then turn on phone. Turn on MyMetro app. Go back to home screen. Wait *mins .. and bam! Your MyMetro should work again! No more *** automated system!
