~Extremely Annoyed: Window wouldn't open at all. Signal on Metro PCS phones is unreliable. It often fails, and reaching a customer service rep by phone is a waste of time. If I ask for a refresh signal, I should get what I ask for-not ** steps that I already took before calling in the first place...which I shouldn't have needed to do.
