~Sarah Scott: horrible customer service. I have contacted several different representatives for help with the same problem and spent several hours talking with them while they repeat the exact thing the last one said.

~Sarah Scott: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Sarah Scott: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
