The prompts provided are not the only reasons why you would be calling them and not into system yet, because you have questions prior to filing-- correctly. I realize the system doesnt want to waste time and resources that are available that people are just to lazy to review or research and I personaly would rather do it automated way but when you have things not prompted or on FQA or Question or Topic searches, then you have to speak to a human, now I have to take the risk of submitting something wrong and wait for it to get accepted or rejected wasting mine and States time just for a quick question that might take * to * minutes to answer.
