GetHuman-405585: I have been trying to get through for two weeks to inquire why a decision has not been made on my claim that I did more than * weeks ago. I finally get through using the ***-***-**** and I am still on hold and it has been exactly ** minutes at the moment and I am still holding..... I think I will be claiming retirement before I can get through to the Unemployment Office in Lansing. I absolutely hate having to call this office because it is next to impossible to talk to a human being. Please, please, please Michigan..... fix this.
