~A V: Microsoft support to Office *** is horrible. I have a problem that is a little bit technical (which is caused by Microsoft). I've been on the line for over * days now with different people they have no idea how to help and just keep giving me the run around.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Microsoft 365. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Microsoft 365 problem?
~A V: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~A V: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft 365's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~A V: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Microsoft 365 customers?
~A V: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Microsoft 365 to know who you are.
