~Laurelle: I was trying to get some clarification and a what should I do? on an email they out to me about Annual Maintenance Notice and this is what it said "To ensure you can continue to access the MCP member site and receive program notifications, you need to use the Microsoft account that is associated with your MC ID at least once a year. If this ID is not used during a **-month period, you will need to request a new access code to visit the MCP member site." I told them what it said. They were utterly confused and didn't understand what I want telling them. How is possible for them to send an email they don't understand? Then, finally (Robert) asked what system am I running on? Window something? Mac? I said Mac. He transfer me to a lady in another department. Then, telling her what I said to Robert. She transfer me to Francis, a guy who's probably in another department. I was in the middle of talking, he abruptly introduce himself like a repeated script saying "Hi! Im Francis from Microsoft

~Laurelle: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Laurelle: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft Office's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Laurelle: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Microsoft Office customers?
~Laurelle: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Microsoft Office to know who you are.
