~Microsoft Is The Worst Ever!: Microsoft's customer support is abysmal. What a monumental waste of time. I was transferred to three different departments where nobody knew their *** from their elbow. I then opted for their call back feature where you input a telephone number and they will call you back versus staying on hold for a hellish amount of time. The call back feature called me back in under ** minutes only to then hang up on me! Gave it one more try and still no help. My blood pressure is probably sky high right now. Microsoft, you need to get your **** together!
