GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Microsoft - Tech Support customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~mike: There is an issue with Outlook for Mac **** that requires users to constantly re-enter their user name and password to access their email accounts. Despite hundreds, if not thousands of users, who have posted comments about this issue, Microsoft tech support people are absolutely clueless. Their people act as if it is news to them, yet most of the people who have posted comments say they have contacted Microsoft several times about the issue with no resolution. The support people I spoke with told me I would have to pay for technical support since Office for Mac is no longer "under warranty." This is odd since Microsoft hasn't issued a new Mac product since ****. You would think that they should be required to support their "most current" product - at least until a new version is released, which of course has been promised for some time now. Instead, they want me to use Office *** instead even though I am not interested in a using a first generation cloud-based solution that is
