~BushWack: The service rep. kept telling me I needed the Windows OS disc to re-install it even though I was on the Windows software recovery site, which clearly states you don't need the disc if you download it to a USB. I called back and after holding for a different rep. who was able to figure it out within minutes. The Service Dept. needs more training!
