GetHuman-346679: I spoke with Craig, dishwasher technical support. The water intake valve failed for the *rd time in * years. Craig offered a **% discount on the part, which I appreciated. I remain concerned over the frequency of failure of this part, especially since I was willing to spend more for the Miele name.
