~Mad Customer : I ordered my package on Sept ** and I still have not received it. Can't get anyone. I want my package. I'm starting to think like all the others, this is a fraud. It never takes this long to get a package. I going to the news and have them to talk about this to let people know never to use Mobstub again because it's a fraud.

~Mad Customer : I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Mad Customer : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MobStub's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mad Customer : For that I would say four out of five.
