~Dianna Rickard: My son was broke down out of state and needed money for a tow truck. I sent him money over the computer at *:**pm CST. Paid the extra $**.** for it to be sent the same day. It had not process after an hour after the man I talked to said it usually takes an hour. The place my son is at closes at midnight EST and he has to find a ride home. I am very upset with the way your company has handled this. I used my Visa Debit card and never had I ever had to wait so long for processing from that account. I may never use your services again.

~Dianna Rickard: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Moneygram's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dianna Rickard: For that I would say two out of five.
