~ kye: I went to Hardin Montana at *r before * am and paid my Drivers License fee to the Treasure"s office then went down stairs to see about getting in line to exchange my Wyoming drivers license, The examiner was not only rude but arrogant. When I showed back up at *:** am there ** people in line and if I had stayed my whole day off would have been wasted, One gentleman told me that he had been back * times to Hardin and had not been taken care of and that the DMV had had his money * months. I am Veteran and only get Tuesdays off * times a month* I called the DMV in Helena and the administrator hung up on me. Totally disgusted with DMV in Montana I have contacted the Big Horn county commissioners and my state Legislators. This service is not acceptable
