~mor-a-les: Asked the agent if a gift recipient would receive a notice in the mail or e-mail in advance to advise them that a gift has been made for them. The answer was they don't do this. I had to ask if they make suggestions like this to improve their cust svc. The agent did it, but was obviously not proactive. Surprised that this mag doesn't do this in this day and age.

~mor-a-les: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mor-a-les: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~mor-a-les: For that I would say four out of five.
