GetHuman-194498: My husband sent his droid razor phone back t o motorolla on ******* to get the screen repaired. We were told that it would be fixed in * business days. Motorolla "cannot find our phone" but they will not say that it is lost. Between changing computer systems, they cannot locate our phone in the warehouse. The web site shows that our phone arrived to the center on ******* at **** am. We have called *-* times since then and we are not getting help. We were told a few times that "i will get back to you in **-** hours" but no one calls us back. Motorolla offered for us to "go buy a new phone and to send the receipt to them" but we do not want to take the risk of spending a few hundred dollars that we might not get back. We did ask for a brand new phone since it has almost been * months since we have not seen our phone. Motorolla told us that they would get back to us again in "**-** hours" but they have not. Meanwhile, we continue to pay our verizon phone bill of about $**.***month for a
