~Arlette: Re.: The score, this is what the past * years were like, but a breeze of change is now blowing, so I am congratulating Mz*Ff for that.*In my mind, your two biggest mistakes were to mess-up with people's home page *A personal safe door* and to discard the so-useful volunteer customer support. The volunteer fee was well worth it as these people were excellent techs as well as pleasant to deal with. (A rare asset)*Keep it up Mozilla! Discard the bad and bring back the good and the best of New-Year to you all. *Thank you.
