~Sundae: I had been using Net** for lets say * years before I had any problems. But recently, me and my sister both bought phones from somewhere else so we could do the bring your own phone plan. As of recently, our service started acting crazy and last week I was no longer able to call, text, or use the internet. So I called them about ** times during the week in which they kept telling me the same ****. It had finally gotten to a point where we would call and the phone call would get dropped (I think they started hanging up on us) and so I said to **** with it, didn't even finish my ** monthly plan on their service, I moved straight to Cricket which is much better thank you. Might have lost $** dollars but it will be the last time.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NET 10. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NET 10 problem?
~Sundae: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sundae: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NET 10's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sundae: For that I would say four out of five.

~Sundae: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NET 10 to know who you are.
