GetHuman-297907: I used to be a loyal Net ** customer, but something has gone horribly wrong. For one, I was not getting my minutes on the monthly plan (after money was automatically taken from my credit*debit card), and had to call to get them. Today, I tried to use the cell and found out my account had been suspended because my service days ran out. WTF? There were over **** minutes on the phone. This "service days" policy is no more than another way to rip people off, hopefully without them noticing. It plays like "Bait and Switch." I have yet to have it explained to my satisfaction. So, I figure I lost ***** minutes and $** as a result of not wanting to re-apply for minutes and of course be charged including applicable bank*service fees... But at least they'll get no more of THIS person's money...
