~helenh205: Net** has the worse customer service,My wireless Network was disconnected and although I am in another billing cycle my internet service has not been restored ,the reason it was disconnected is because I went over my data plan they say-I have and At&t bring your own phone and my grandson has the very same phone and is also a Net** customer,I pay his bill,he still has access to the internet,I had internet service for only * weeks,and I have been a customer for * months.one of there employees was trying to aid me in restoring my service,but I could'nt undertand her,so I emailed,and they sent another email saying my service could not be restored until I bought another card....I have called and emailed and noone has been able to help,sometimes they pass u on to a prerecorded message,I hate that,who wants to hear a recording when they have a problem that needs to be resolved.

~helenh205: For that I would say five out of five.

~helenh205: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NET 10 to know who you are.
