~None: Over ten years, and thousands of dollars customer, and now all of a sudden both phones lose complete signal during any peak hours, then returns at dead time. Now, my ** cents per minute, and $** per mo per phone seems to be quickly turning into $$$$$ per month. Bunch of Phone *****. Then to add insult to injury, I get someone who can barely speak the English language on the phone after a ** plus min. wait which I had to pay for by the minute on my Net ** phone because of no landline availability, and the person can not be understood, doesn't seem to know anything about anything, and then puts me on hold after I explained that this was being deducted from my Net ** phone. Incredible! These large American Corp. have thrown America under the bus just to make a greedy buck. I'm ashamed that I ever had a part in supporting such a company as this. Enough said.

~None: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NET 10's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~None: For that I would say five out of five.

~None: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NET 10 to know who you are.
