~Rowena: The question was about 'denial of payment' email notice which we had verified was not a bank problem, but Net **'s. In essence, the rep told me to simply ignore it, so I assume service will continue uninterrupted.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NET 10. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NET 10 problem?
~Rowena: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rowena: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NET 10's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rowena: For that I would say four out of five.
