~annoyedbynet10: Was charged for an extra month after cancelling my account and porting number to Verizon. Because it was within * days of a new billing cycle, they said the paperwork wasn't finalized until * day after the new billing cycle started and they would not credit my card for that month. Waiting for a manager to call me back(not holding my breath), but I'll probably have to dispute charges with my credit card company.
