GetHuman-247180: Well not good. She asked me a question and then sent "if I don't receive answer in * min I will end this chat" then was like ** seconds and she closed chat so I still didn't receive an answer to the question I was needing answered. So I am done. I have dealt with horrible customer service on the phone and now on live chat so I will switch to another company. After paying them $** a month for couple years, they are losing my money. To a large company $** might not seem like that much but if they continue to T-off customers and losing them because of their horrible customer service at $**-** a pop it will add up quickly to a big lose of sales.
