~gen77: After being at the unemployment office and on their courtesy phone and computers from *am -**pm (they open at *am). Agent couldn't help me to activate my acct, said I had to call the god-forsaken *s, finally got thru, instead of helping me, she actually made go back online and open a ****, which has nothing to do with my clm, so now my SSN is all over the place. Called Cathy from Trenton, who did my claim in ** mins over the phone. She actually told me to hang up go home and call her back! Awesome lady
