GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's NJ Unemployment customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Frustrated: Customer service severely understaffed. Took two weeks of daily calling at least * times each day to get through. *When I did, rep confirmed my suspicion that calls disconnect automatically after ** minutes, though there is no message saying that.* After all that, I had to go to One-Stop Center to resolve my problem because I was out-of-state resident--and, after waiting an hour, the only additional thing I had to do was show ID!**This incident confirmed horror stories about NJ unemployment. When the system works, it's fine* when it's broke, it's a monumental job to fix it.
