~ABenites: I actually was told to wait * hours to get someone on the line... * hours!!!!... *** minutes !!!!*Do they have just one person working on these lines to service the thousands of unemployed people? it is ridiculous !!!*Do they think that just because we are unemployed we can wait whatever time they feel like making us wait on the phone?*The website is another mess. They make it most difficult to complete an application and if you make a simple mistake or do not find the appropriate choice, they simply block you from continuing or being able to re-submit or correct the mistake...*We have paid our share of unemployment taxes for many years and we did not have any opportunity to make it difficult for the state to get it, because it was*is taken form our checks before we have the chance to get the money !!!. But the unemployment office seems to be purposely making the effort to prevent people from completing their applications.*And they do not seem to want to listen to all these complaints.
