~Anonymous: These people are not only rude but nobody seems to know what goes on. They should be out of a job! To be able to not reach somebody is totally unprofessional and scary if they are the ones telling you how to get a job! They disconnect you, make you call a million times to try and get through. If you go there and take a number you wait and wait and they skip over numbers that have not been called yet. Its beyond unprofessional!
