GetHuman-268115: *. CSR Refused to transfer me to a manager and refused to have a manager call me. TOld me to write a letter. Really?? We're living in the electronic age. Would be nice if you got out of the pony express age.**. You charge $*.** to process a monthly payment? You prefer to manually process checks? (Poor business!)**. My loan was trnasferred to you and I have not rec'd payment info*loan number. Had to call * times today.**. HORRIBLE!! I spent more time on the phone and your website this afternoon than I did the entire ** years CENLAR held my loan.**. Did I say HORRIBLR experience? Well, that is what I will tell anyone*everyone. I called to MAKE a payment IN ADVANCE, and MORE than the minimum, and I felt like I was talking to someone trying to collect on a way-overdue loan. My loan is (and has been) current and always pay MORE than the minimum.**. Your CSRs have no way of sending electronic confirmations or emails? Are you kidding?
