~concerned: I have received the contact information I was searching for by talking to * different people who are employed by NationStar. I was transferred & given further contact *'s to get me to the individual with whom I needed to speak. I have left a detailed message for her to return my call. My advise: Be polite, be informed about your concern with the facts clearly presented to the person who answers your call. Treat people as you desire to be treated.*I do not yet have contact with person whom I need to speak to but have their voice mail and am awaiting a return response.
