~DeeDee: My internet access was removed without my knowledge and I was charge for my credit card becoming overdrawn but NAB would not reinstate my access unless I present myself at an actual bank office to explain myself even though I didn't do anything wrong. Talk about totally inconvenient and frustrating - off to bank shortly to confront them.
