GetHuman-16684: I placed a call today following up about a tree that had fallen on some wires at my home. I still saw * wires hanging and called about the wires, the girl i spoke to had me look at them and I described and she said they must be cable or phone, and i began to ask a few questions and she very rudely interupted me and hung up. I was somewhat confused about the wires but she did not take the time to answer a few questions. My husband works for columbia gas and said this would be unacceptable at their customer service center.
